By using the Fixer HQ website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Fixer HQ provides a done-for-you AI client acquisition system for UK service businesses. Our service includes:

We offer three service tiers. All tiers are month-to-month with no setup fees and no long-term contracts.

4. AI limitations

Our services use artificial intelligence systems that, while highly capable, may occasionally make mistakes. The client is responsible for verifying the quality of leads and confirming appointments generated by our systems. We do not guarantee that every lead will be qualified or that every appointment will result in a sale.

6. Term and cancellation

All service agreements are month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. There are no early termination fees. Written notice can be sent via email to [email protected].

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Service availability

We use reasonable endeavours to keep our services available and performing well. However, we do not offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or third-party outages may occasionally affect service.

9. Data processing

When we handle data on behalf of our clients, we act as a data processor under UK GDPR. The client remains the data controller. We process personal data strictly in accordance with client instructions and applicable data protection law.

10. Intellectual property

All AI systems, automations, workflows, scripts, and proprietary tools developed by Fixer HQ remain the sole property of Four10 Group Ltd. Clients receive a licence to use these systems for the duration of their service agreement only.

11. Acceptable use

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You must not use our systems to send spam, harass individuals, or process data unlawfully. We reserve the right to suspend service immediately if we believe you are in breach of this clause.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Entire agreement

These terms, together with any signed service agreement or proposal, constitute the entire agreement between you and Four10 Group Ltd regarding the use of Fixer HQ services. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, and arrangements.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes materially affect your rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
